At foryourfocus, we proudly offer free shipping to all of our U.S. customers. Your order will be shipped from our U.S. warehouse, ensuring swift and dependable delivery.
Delivery Guarantee
We stand by our commitment to ensure your order reaches you. If your package is lost or undelivered, we will replace the item free of charge. However, if you entered an incorrect address during checkout, please contact us immediately at hello@foryourfocus.com. Our delivery guarantee does not cover incorrect addresses entered by customers.
Shipping Time
Once your order is fulfilled (typically within 2-5 business days), shipping will take an additional 1-4 business days. Shipping times exclude clearance or processing delays.
U.S. Customers Only
At foryourfocus, we currently serve only U.S. customers, which means there are no customs fees or international shipping delays to worry about!
Lost/Missing Packages
If foryourfocus has made an error with your address, we will fully cover the cost and send a replacement at no charge. However, we are not responsible for any incorrect addresses entered by customers during checkout.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update in the system after shipping.
“No Information Available” on Tracking
If your tracking number displays "no information available," it may take a few business days to update. If more than 7 business days have passed without updates, please reach out to us at hello@foryourfocus.com.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may occasionally be sent in separate packages. We’ll do our best to combine them, but some items may ship separately.
